Vivek K. Agrawal, MD Meet Dr. Agrawal, our Spider and Varicose Vein Expert. As a Vascular Interventional Radiologist and Neuroradiologist, he has been treating patients with vascular and venous disease since 2002. He finished his fellowship at Cornell University: New York Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He holds additional interventional fellowship experience from Stanford University Medical Center. Imran Kazem, MD Dr. Kazem is a Board Certified Radiologist. He has been treating vascular patients since 2001. He completed his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine-Texas Medical Center in 2007. He completed his residency from Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, Michigan in 2006. Swet Chaudhari, MD Dr. Swet Chaudhari is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the south Houston area, serving the Friendswood, Pearland, and League City communities. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He completed a three-year plastic surgery fellowship at UTMB in Galveston, TX. As a plastic surgeon, his primary focus is breast enhancement, body contouring, and facial aesthetic surgery. In addition to surgical methods, he has extensive experience in the use of non-surgical methods of rejuvenation, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser-baser therapies.
